We believe that companies that understand the social and profound structural transformations underway in India – and adapt their strategies accordingly without loosing their DNA will be able to capture the massive growth opportunities in India!
To succeed in India over the next decade, international companies need to devise more elaborate strategies: they need to recalibrate their engagement with India as a market, as part of their value chains, as a source of innovation and as a competitor. Foreign brands need to refresh their thinking on localisation to meet Indian consumers’
changing needs.
